At Vida Vintage, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days of the delivery date.

Any return request made after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be returned in the exact same condition in which it was received.
  • Include all original accessories, dust bags, authenticity cards, tags (if applicable), and packaging.
  • Show no new signs of wear, stains, odors, damage, or alterations.
  • Not have been used after delivery.

Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused and returned to the buyer.

Vintage & Pre-Owned Items

We specialize in authentic luxury handbags and accessories, including vintage and pre-owned pieces.

Because these items are pre-owned, they naturally may show signs of previous use. Any visible wear, scratches, marks, discoloration, or imperfections are considered part of the item’s character and are clearly shown in the photos and described in the listing.

These characteristics are not considered defects and are not valid reasons for a return.

Authenticity

Every item sold by Vida Vintage is guaranteed authentic.

Returns based on personal opinion or authentication performed by third parties after delivery will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Buyer’s remorse.
  • Change of mind.
  • Incorrect size expectations.
  • Minor wear consistent with a vintage or pre-owned item.
  • Damage caused after delivery.
  • Items returned without original accessories or packaging.
  • Returns requested after the 7-day return period.

Refund Process

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
